With more than 40 years of hands-on experience, Sherrie brings extensive knowledge and a passion for helping dental assistants grow their skills and advance their careers. She provides results-driven training in clinical techniques, infection prevention and OSHA compliance, dental software with AI, and documentation best practices.

Sherrie creates customized learning experiences that meet the unique needs of dental teams and deliver practical, lasting results.

She holds certifications as a Certified Dental Specialist–OSHA (CDSO) from the Dental Compliance Institute and Certified in Dental Infection Prevention and Control (CDIPC) through ADS (OSAP), DANB/Dale Foundation reflecting her commitment to safety and excellence.

Throughout her career—spanning roles as a dental assistant, infection control specialist, office manager, and regional mentor—she ultimately served as a Dental Assistant Training Developer with Heartland Dental, where she spent 15 years supporting training initiatives across more than 1,800 offices.

Sherrie’s experience includes developing e-learning, leading virtual and in-person training, creating video content, and producing educational materials.

Throughout her career, Sherrie has remained guided by strong communication, thoughtful judgment, and a commitment to always doing the right thing for the right reason.
